Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Support Cause-Related Marketing clerical and administrative tasks within Marketing Communications. Responsible for entering contribution information into database. Also responsible for the generation of reports, copying and filing of contribution paperwork, distribution of weekly contribution checks, and preparation of material for inclusion with checks. Process branch requests for journal ads and contributions. Provide additional administrative and clerical support for Cause-Related Marketing programs (Kids Tools for School, Summer Concert Series, Habitat for Humanity, Go Red for Women), and Marketing Communications as needed. Support the Bank at School clerical and administrative tasks within Marketing Communications. Responsible for providing support to the Bank at School participating branches and schools by providing them with the necessary materials to administer the program including the Sales, Kick-Off, Start-Up and on-going participation materials. Also responsible for the generation of reports, copying and filing of program paperwork. Process all Marketing Communications invoices, including entering information into an Access database, generate reports, copy and file invoices and follow-up. Provide administrative support for the PEAK Reward and Recognition Program. Prepare, package, and mail gifts and cards to PEAK winners on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years Marketing and Branch background preferred
- 2 – 3 years clerical/administrative experience preferred
- High School diploma or comparable work experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
- Strong PC skills
