PT Teller
Responsibilities:
Perform client transactions accurately and expediently while maintaining customer service standards. Recognize client needs and refer them to appropriate individual/department for service. Participate as a team player in an effort to attain banking office goals by supporting telemarketing and sales events. Train on SalesPartner system, if assigned, to facilitate cross training for platform sales. Ensure adherence to all Association’s policies/procedures and ensure customer confidentiality at all times. Attend and successfully complete all internal and external training programs.
Qualifications:
- Entry–level position with a Teller or cashier experience preferred;
- Customer service and/or sales background a plus;
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred;
- Precise figure aptitude and computer adaptability;
- Strong PC skills preferred;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
