Personal Banker
Responsibilities:
Accomplish the relationship banking objectives of the bank by attracting new business and retaining current business through the promotion of the appropriate products and services. Analyze customer needs, recommend products and services that meet those needs and close the sale. Attain individual sales and service goals while participating as a team player in an effort to attain banking office goals. Maintain a book of business to ensure appropriate sales opportunities and follow up. Ensure adherence to all Association’s policies/procedures and ensure customer confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Entry-Level position with customer service and/or sales experience preferred;
- Life Insurance license preferred;
- General understanding of banking products;
- 2 year business degree preferred;
- Strong PC skills preferred;
- Proven organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
