Service Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Provide correspondence to customers through letters/telephone contact. Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed immediately. Ensure all customer issues/problems are communicated and resolved by the appropriate individuals. Assist in the preparation of the quarterly customer contact report. Summarize customer service issues throughout the branch network. Support the Service Department in an administrative capacity. Create spreadsheets to allow for service data to be properly tracked and analyzed. Compile information necessary to support operational and procedural changes. Perform research regarding procedures, regulations, and company guidelines. Assist/follow-up with Branch/Regional Managers with regard to necessary documentation/information requested by the department. Disseminate and distribute sales and marketing-related information to Branch/Regional Managers. Support the PEAK Process by assisting in the preparation of recommendation memo’s for weekly recognition telephone calls. Perform additional accountabilities as required.

Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years Banking Office experience preferred
- High School diploma or comparable work experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to address service-related customer issues independently, tactfully and confidently
- Strong PC skills
